Every person is different. For me my swelling in my hands and ankles went away. I had better color and much more pep. I just have a great sense of well being and I have less gas. Now don't ask me why but that is the case....I think a person continues to see results as time goes on...and another thing ...You just look better and more healthy.....go for it....ae Tweet
