I normally grind whole flax seeds and take approx 2 tbls in a drink or smoothie daily. I use them mostly for the fiber and of course the Omega 3 value doesnt hurt to get either.
I was wondering though, if it would be ok to sprout the seeds also.
Would that change the value in anyway and is it ok to do that and use the sprouts in addition to using the ground whole flax seeds that I use daily?
