How Did Pulp Get In Middle of Stone?

Most "stones" that people get during a Liver Flush did not exist in that form or shape or condition inside liver or gallbladder.

Those "stones" were actually created from bile, at the moment when bile exits common bile duct and enters duodenum and small intestine.

That is where majority of those "stones" were formed.

Those larger formations may contain smaller, real Gallstones embedded, or may contain billiary sludge or sand from gallbladder ... cause all those objects may exit gallbladder and, while mixed with bile, may create stones.
