Re: CURING WITH CAYENNE - Online eBook
Hi Tom,
Great to meet another "pepper head". I have
always loved peppers but did not know how good
they were for you. I won a hot chili eating
contest for so many years they finally conceded
no one had a taste for it like me. When I had
a garden of my own, I always grew all kinds of
peppers, including habaneros. I would like to
grow some african bird peppers and wonder if
you know a good source for some seeds or plants??

I use cayenne tincture a lot in water and would
like to make some tincture using the bird peppers.
I have yet to injure myself so have not had the
joy of packing a wound with it but trust me I have
a jar of frontier ground cayenne standing ready
for such a need. Otherwise, like you, I sprinkle
it on almost everything that pepper would be
good on, and have ditched all my black pepper
in shakers for cayenne.
I really grew comfy with using cayenne by doing
the Master Cleanse and amping up the amount
of cayenne I used in the lemonade used for the
fast. I am due for another cleanse come spring
which is just around the corner.

I think that cayenne and olive leaf are my
favorite herbs so far. I am still learning though
but if I had to pick a short list, those make it
for me. Thank you for the additional info too
I have accessed your pages and studied there
many times. I wish I had collected the Bisner
interviews before they went down but hey, its
all good going the herbal route. I cannot
recommend your file sharings enough. I am also
a huge Dr. Christopher fan so have learned much
from what you have posted on your health pages.
blessings & best wishes,
Zoe
