Any Successes at all?

So what I have read on here is tht shaving is the only method to control the growth...What about if you get into a situation that u have to be in a hospital or some other thing where one is not going to be able to do that? Shaving and all the other methods are fine if you are able to be in your own bathroom....This problem is really ruining my self-esteem to the point I dont even want to go anywhere and it is just starting to show, to where I dont nee to shave yet but what I have is so dark it is visable and the growth seems to be spreading...hopeless and embarrasing.
