Thank you for replying so quickly.

My friend lives 350 miles away; is an active senior with definite preferences (read stubborn); and probably takes what her doctor tells her when she doesn't know the source of her ailment.

The mold we saw was inside the canopy, which was being dismantled for replacement. We could see inside the wall of the building. It was a mess.

I certainly will go to the site.

And I'll find a way to get through to my pal. Being an apartment building, everyone there needs to know for sure.
