I have seen your question posted around the CureZone and I can understand your concern. If it was my body I would find a naturopathic holistic health care practitioner. Preferably someone who has specific experience and total success treating a splenic cyst. If that is not possible then find a practitioner who has successfully reversed type 2 diabetes using totally natural means.

Most likely their approach will be looking at parasite+infection and digestion issues such as low stomach acid. The spleen is intimately involved with both the stomach and the pancreas.

Very often diabetes is a problem with the stomach acid being too low. This allows for parasites and bacteria to pass through the stomach without being killed by the absent stomach acid. The parasites or bacteria enter the spleen and pancreas where they go undetected and the eggs can form cysts. Eventually diabetics are killed either by lymphona or heart attack when the nanobacteria migrate into the heart itself. It's basically a downard spiral in any case unless they eradicate infections.

The above is simplistic and incomplete as there are usually several underlying factors but your case may follow along similar lines as the diabetic. However this explanation may have nothing to do with your specific condition either but it is a good starting point in my opinion.
