Hi all,

I posted about this at the curezone community forum a few days ago but I thought I'd put it here too - advice from anyone who has had this or similar happen would be much appreciated.

I'm on day 22 of a juice fast, fruit juices in the AM, vege ones in the PM, some vege broths and herbal teas, lots of water with himalayan Sea Salt and liquid minerals. I've done 2 Liver Flushes during this fast so far, both went off without a hitch, very productive and successful. I've had no hunger, no discernable detox reactions apart from minor skin outbreaks - I feel fantastic, lots of energy, great moods.

I went to my doctor on Friday about a pain I'd been experiencing (he didn't know what it was in the end, it's eased off somewhat over the weekend). During the visit I mentioned some slight stinging I'd been experiencing upon urination (which is also gone now), so he had me do a urine test.

Long story short, he found ketones, which I know are a result of the fast; and a lot of white blood cells - that's what has me puzzled and worried. He says it could be kidney related or urinary tract infection. It's gone to the lab and I'll have my results soon, but I just thought I'd ask - does anyone know what this is likely to have been caused by - and has it happened to any of you while fasting?? Don't know whether to stop the fast - I don't want to and I feel fine but would it be wise??

Also - I want to flush my liver again soon - provided it's not my kidneys - is this adviseable?

Many thanks in advance for replies,

Mel
