Re: Sensitive teeth w/liver flush

Hello again,

I'm currently experimenting, trying to find a mild yet productive flush. I'm planning to post my results when I settle on something. I'm experimenting with other oils and non- Epsom Salt solutions. Keep an eye out and hopefully you'll catch my comments.

If you're brave you could try the Hulda Clark liver/gallbladder flush. You could do a dry run and take 1 T. Epsom Salt in 1 cup water at 8:00 PM one night when you're not going out and will be in the next day and see how your body reacts. If it fairly well agrees with you, you might try her flush. It's pretty productive for most people, but can be a bit much in the diarrhea department for some. Everyone's different. BTW, make sure you're not constipated before doing anybody's liver/gallblader flush.

After flushing a lot of people report pain and/or pressure on both sides as well as in other seemingly unconnected areas. Of course it's impossible to tell from here, but if you're having some mild pain it's quite possible that you still have more stones, and after only one flush it's a pretty good bet.

For post-flush gallbladder discomfort (as well as for similar or referred discomforts like you mention), some have reported success by taking another dose of Epsom Salt (1 T. Epsom salt in 1 cup of water). If I interpret his writings correctly, Andreas Moritz believes that it's possible that at least some of the non-gallbladder discomfort could be caused by stones trapped in the intestinal tract after a flush. He strongly recommends a colonic 2-3 days after a liver/gallbladder cleanse to counteract this phenomena.

As far as poor man's methods go, some try a salt water flush (2 level tsp. Sea Salt (not any other kind of salt) dissolved in one liter of warm water -- drink it down) and/or enemas. According to Andreas, a simple enema won't go up high enough to take care of leftover stone issues, but one poster mentioned that she gently moves up enema water by hand to simulate a colonic and she was happy with this method.

I hope your teeth return to normal soon. Have you asked your dentist about this? I imagine that others have noted your comments as well, and that all of us will benefit from your experience.

I've heard that some folks use a straw to keep the lemon juice away from their teeth. I don't see why the lemon juice can't be mixed with the oil so that it's more diluted. Actually, I'm not convinced that lemon juice is needed in the first place, but I guess that's a bit like closing the barn door after the horse gets out...

Let us know how things go,

hg
