as of late I've been just eating all raw fruits/veggies.
GREAT


I have a problem though, weight loss.
LOSS OF MUCUS IS COMMON WHEN RETURNING TO A NATURAL NON MUCUS FORMING DIET.


I'm 5'8, 19 years old and only about 127 lbs.
FOR A GIRL THAT WOULD BE FINE, SO I ASSUME YOUR A MALE.


I feel really skinny a lot of the time and I look it. I'm trying to put on the lbs but it doesnt feel like its working. Some people want to tell me its what im eating but some thing is telling me its not that at all. I have three questions for you:

1. Can tapeworms really suck that much weight out of you?
SERIOUSLY DOUBT IT, UNLESS YOU WERE LIVING DIRT POOR AND DIRTY.

2. Im liver flushing is it possible im not gaining weight because I havent fully decongested my liver yet?
THE LIVER FLUSH USUALLY REMOVES 10# OF MUCUS FROM THE LYMPH GLANDS

3. How do I gain some weight?
THE LARGER QUESTION IS WHAT TYPE OF WEIGHT ARE YOU LOOKING FOR?

IF YOUR MALE, THEN 145+ WOULD BE IDEAL "if" YOUR WERE STRONG AND NOT SICKLY.

GRAINS PACK ON THE WEIGHT, ASK ANY FARMER RAISING HOGS OR BEEF COWS.

ALL DAIRY/MEAT PUTS ON THE WEIGHT WHEN MIXED WITH OTHER FOODS SUCH AS GRAINS.

IDEALLY YOU WANT MUSCLES AND THAT COMES FROM GOOD NERVE FORCE AND PLAYING/WORKING OR JUST ENJOYING LIFE TO THE FULLEST.

I HAVE AN OLD BOOK ON HOW TO GAIN WEIGHT AND A OLD BOOK ON HOW TO LOOSE WEIGHT. WHEN I GET MY NEW COMPUTER HOOKED UP TO THE INTERNET AND EVERYTHING CONVERTED OVER, THOSE WILL BE THE FIRST 2 NEW BOOKS ON THE SCHOOL PAGE; BUT THEIR METHODS FOR GAINING WEIGHT IS JUST THAT, GAINING WEIGHT.

I SUGGEST AS MUCH NUT BUTTERS/LECITHIN/OLIVE OIL AS YOU DESIRE DAILY.
ALL THE FRUITS YOU DESIRE
GOOD CLEAN WATER OR JUICES

UNREFINED GRAINS EATEN THE DR. JOHN R. CHRISTOPHER METHOD. THESE SPROUTED GRAINS WILL PUT THE WEIGHT ON YOU WITH LESS DAMAGE. THE 3 DAY CLEANSE BOOK OF HIS EXPLAINS THIS OR MOST ANY OF HIS BOOKS.

NATURALLY DEWORMING IS GOOD, BUT STOP THE FLUSHES AND CONSUME PLANT FATS DAILY.

WHEN YOUR NEAR 160# RETURN TO FRUITS AND BALANCE TO MAINTAIN THE WEIGHT.
