My Eyes, Ear, Nose and Throat doctor gave me a cream to apply to my ears...Aristocort A

I usually clean out my ears after a shower with a Q-Tip, then apply the cream.

It is maddening...but the only thing that helps is keeping them clean and moisturized...

In the summer I can just about get it to go away, but in the middle of winter I am applying cream at least twice a day...
