psoriasis on my ear help me please

I have Psoriasis on my ears. in the begining of the ear canal and it is so annoying I hate it and ontop of that if I let the dry skin fall on it's on it goes in my ear canal and i get ear infections. Right now me ears are all cut up because i try to peel off the skin and my nails cut the insides of my ear. I have it on my scalp but it's not that bad there and i have exzema on my legs. Please some one tell me what I can do about this in my ears. Can this spread to other places on the body? Tweet
