Would one still need DIM or Serrapeptase if one is doing the Iodine Protocol for Fibroids or any ailment?

Remember, the Iodine protocol involves:
Lugol's iodine,
Vitamin C, 2000mg,
Magnesium (Glycinate, Citrate or Molate form), 200mg - 400mg,
ATP co-factors (Vitamin B-2/B-3)
Unrefined salt.
Selenium (Methionine or methylselenocystine)

Now with these, does one still need Serraptase or DIM to shrink the fibroids?
