I doubt it. Always there is more to the picture than what ppl on internet describe which is why it almost impossible is for non-MD's to make medical diagnoses. Example is you said vitamin B, but there are several B vitamins. Another example is chelitis, I would used to get that if I stopped kissing German girls in the northern latitudes. I thought stopping kissing her was the cause of my chelitis, but it turned out I had un-knowingly become addicted to the Roquefort cheese she was feeding me, and had quit it same time we parted. So I thought stopping kissing her caused autoimmune chelitis, but it was actually I was deficient in something in the cheese.
