Can anyone help identify this intestinal parasite?

I am having a hard time believing this is happening to me... I started a parasite cleanse and this is what came out two days into it. It is not anything I've eaten. Unfortunately, I can't find anything similar anywhere else on the internet. Does anyone have an idea what this could be?

I'm a 36 year old male. I started having pretty severe symptoms in December 2018, including loud tinnitus, light-headedness, dizziness, pallor, earaches, thoracic pain, intermittent severe fatigue, very achy joints, weakness in my left hand and side of my body, and sometimes even difficulty walking straight (I will tilt to the left). I have never had these symptoms before. All my blood tests are negative or normal, except for a low (6.6) Mean Platelet Volume and a slightly high hemoglobin (16.8). I don't smoke, drink, or do drugs, though I do vape. I have modified my diet greatly to be healthful and include lots of fruit, yogurt, salads, low red meat, high protein, low carb, anti-junk food etc. etc., though of course I'm not perfect. The symptoms eventually subsided for about 6 weeks... then came back in mid-May with a vengeance.

I have felt forced to see different doctors, and they range from patronizing to outright hostile. I get the feeling they think that I am a hypochondriac or (worse) a drug-seeker, which breaks my heart (of course, I don't dare ask for any painkillers or anxiolytics, because, well, you know). Everyone keeps saying it's anxiety. Well, I know anxiety, and this isn't it. Anyway, I believe this cleanse (Intestinepro) is working, but I really would appreciate any support anyone can give, and to know what the hell that thing I found is. Thank you in advance. Tweet
