Hi. So ive been searching for information in the site. I have found a lot of useful stuff. I've realized that nutrition has a lot to do with hair loss. So basically, I want to ask a very direct question. First I want to say that I really have all the time in the world, I work at home, and so I would be able to change my lifestyle completely. Does anyone have any suggestions that are natural and dont involve pills? Or even if something like rogaine would work? This is very important for me.
