can parasites feed off painkillers??

So I'm nearly finished my first month of parasite cleansing. I have got HUNDREDS of flukes, Ascaris and possibly Tapeworm out. I'm aware that they can feed off certain probiotics and supplements. But I've just started my period and am in an excruciating amount of pain. Does anyone know if taking painkillers could give them back some strength or could effect my herbal medicine I'm taking? I don't want to jeprodize my progress.
