Can anyone identify this?
I found this weird thing in the toilet 30 minutes ago.

I'm on flush number 5, and I got the stones as usual. Usually, I can identify what food the additional bits are made of, but this one puzzles me and is unlike anything I've ever seen after a flush.
It looked like a bunch of little brown strands, all rolled up around a chunk of who knows what in the middle. I crushed it with some wooden chopsticks (yeah, I threw them) and still can't figure out what it was. I was hoping the core part would have some weird innards and bowels, but nope- it looks like it's made of the same stuff all the way through.
All I had yesterday morning was a soup with onions, green onions and beets. The beets definitely came out earlier this morning, along with a whole bunch of stones (more difficult to see than usual due to the dark red water from the beets).
This was followed by a small version of what you see here, which I flushed away without thinking twice about it, but then I got this second one a bit later, and decided to investigate. It was accompanied by a small batch of tiny stones as well.
In previous flushes, I didn't bother taking any cleansing supplements before the flush, aside from the apple juice for a week. This time, I was also taking
Liver Cleansing and colon cleansing supplements, and I'm not sure whether we're allowed to name products on these forums, so I won't, but I ordered it from a radio show that sells supplements to support itself. I've ordered their products in the past and I've always been satisfied, so it wouldn't surprise me if this had something to do with it.
What could these weird brown strings be? I don't know if it's a
parasite or what, but anyway, it was dead for sure because nothing was moving. I'll try to take better photos if I get any more of these. In the meantime, can anyone clue me in?
