Two final concerns before I start the flush..

I do smoke a pack a day and drink light craft beers 2 12oz bottles almost daily. I can manage to not have them at least on the day of flush and hope won't have any problems or side-effects before or after?

Any suggestions on which brand of Bentonite and Psyllium I should consider? I looked at the following at Amazon:
