Dog cancer with internal bleeding ruptured liver, please help!!

Hi, my dog was diagnosed with liver cancer. It ruptured into abdomen. It's on the right side of liver (at least there... and possibly lungs, maybe more).

They didn't want to do surgery before because he was losing blood and too weak.

I found chinese medicine yunnan baiyao that stops the internal bleeding by clotting the blood. It's currently the onlyu thing keeping him alive.

My question is, will a ruptured tumor mass heal on its own without surgery by alkaline diet, and natural cancer treatments? And if so, how long would it possibly take for the liver to start healing itself?

Or is surgery required? The ONLY way to heal a rupture?

I've currently got him on a chicken / quinoa / brocolli, olive oil diet.

I also supplement with:

- mushrooms (shitake, chaga, reishi, cordyceps)
- omega 3
- lots of beet juice in between food
- artemisinin (wormwood)
- frankinscense / sandalwood essential oil
- liver detoxers/rejuventators
- CBD
- probiotics
- Pana C liquid multivitamin
- chinese herbs: yunnan baiyao, red flower formula, xue fu zhu yu tang, san qi, and others...
- vitamin c acerola cherry
- Essiac tea (about to start)
- DMSO have available
- glucosamine/MSM
- acupuncture possible?

My main question is can a ruptured liver heal without surgery to stop the bleeding? If I can stop the internal bleeding I've got a better chance at beating the cancer.

I'm trying to find a good alternative medicince person local to talk to about this, because Western Dr's have no idea because they don't do anything natural/holistic.

He's much stronger now with the yunnan baiyao. Not weak. It's possible he could qualify for surgery at this point, but not sure.

He's also 8-10 year old boxer. I wonder if it's even worth it to have the surgery since he had a ruptured tumor. It could be all over his body for all I know. It is believed to be Hemangiosarcoma cancer.

Does anyone have any thoughts or answers/comments???

Thank you so much in advance!!!
