Parasite cleanse

I felt movement in my stomach area and have always been skinny so I tried using Black-Walnut complex. I went through terrible die off symptoms and eventually stopped but there is now something sticking out of my pelvic area which looks like fat but was never there before the cleanse. I have had an ultrasound, blood test and stool test, all came back clear.
Could this be a dead parasite(s) inside me? I know how ridiculous this sounds but I know something isn't right and am even planning to pay for an x ray privately to find out what the lump is. I would also like to know if it is dead parasites how would I get them out? Tweet
