I think I have liver flukes.. I've been finding these suspicious tomato skin-looking things in my stool after enemas. What are the best meds to take for liver flukes?

And has anyone had the same symptom with their liver gurgling really loudly at night? I've had this strange issue for years and never attributed it to parasites until recently.
