Kudos to you for working through this ...I have been out of work for 2 months now (same line of work) and it has been difficult for me to function daily at home, much less work the type of job we have to....I thought my swollen feet and ankles were due to the job as well, but since I haven't been at work...clearly it isn't.
My feet can become so discolored and swollen at times they literally turn purple, and my big toes become very numb. Now that I think back on it, the toe numbness was the first "symptom" I had, I just chalked it up to wearing work shoes for too long.
I've tried the method the previous poster has mentioned, as well as limiting my carb intake and increasing h20 consumption and they don't really relieve the problem, it just kind of goes away when it feels like it.I hope that isn't the case for you as well and the problem can be resolved. As soon as my insurance is approved I'm getting a scan of those things and hopefully they can.explain wtf is going on down there. Good luck!
