I have been practicing Ayurvedic medicine and educating people in Ayurveda worldwide for over 15 years. Ayurveda is not just a system of alternative medicine, but is actually a comprehensive and ancient science of health. A life lived in tune with Nature and Ayurvedic principles is invariably a happy, healthy and balanced one. It is my belief that due to the open nature of Ayurveda and its timeless principles, it is a boon to those of us living in these modern times. It is my mission to educate and help people live healthier lives with Ayurveda.

I began my eight-year course of study in Ayurvedic Medicine at the age of 17, first at Nagarjuna University in Andhra Pradesh, India and then at Gujarat Ayurved University in Gujarat, India, where I earned my Doctor of Medicine in Ayurveda. I am also an instructor of therapeutic Hatha Yoga, having completed training at the Swami Vivekananda Yoga Research Center in India.

I am a former faculty member of NKJ Ayurvedic Medical College in Karnataka, India. I also served as an Ayurvedic consultant to the Maharishi Spiritual Organization for over 7 years, traveling extensively throughout Europe, Latin America and North America to develop and teach courses, deliver lectures and offer consultations for health professionals and for the general public. During my travels, I gave several newspaper interviews on Ayurveda, as well as an interview for BBC’s Breakfast Television on Ayurvedic Pulse Technique.

My wife, Sudha, and my son, Krishna, and I live in beautiful Lehigh Valley in Pennsylvania.
