Date: 3/24/2006 5:39:09 AM ( 18 y ) ... viewed 3662 times I weighed myself this morning and I'm 157. It was a bit depressing because when I fasted, I got down to 147. Plus I was doing bikram yoga. Intellectually I know that it was mostly water weight, it still is a little depressing. I had hit some very important personal milestones while fasting. Such as being at a lower weight when I met my so called 'ex' and also being close to the same weight I was in the Air Force. The minute I turned fasting into a weight loss tool, the minute I got entranced by the weight I was losing, I went off the rails. SO...I'm fogetting fasting. I can't take the weight gain back with the water,etc.
Last night I got a lot of good things from Whole Foods in terms of quinoa and some pecans,etc. I just had a apple cider vinger-honey wake up tonic. Next I will have a daily kidney-liver cleanser with lemon-garlic-cayenne-tablespoon of olive oil. I'll do some housework till I feel hungry.
As Yoga said, there's no try, only do. I feel better eating raw foods than I do eating other things. Eating Starb*cks scones and coffee is definately an ERROR.
Also, my acne treatment complex from Nature's Gate is going real well. I liked Proactiv but that was too chemicalised and not organic. Murad DOES NOT work. It's expensive crap imho. I got a hot tip about steaming my face with Swiss Kriss herbs so I'm going to do that too.
