Well if you really want to be able to improve your life, first you need to get your mind in the best condition possible....  It is the seat of your soul, while in this earthly body... The better you brain is the better your mind can function....

Your mind is a magnet for the senses; sight, sound, smell, speech, and the other body functions...  We all have these items, which are the input source for our brain, and thus the mind becomes the great central storage and computer center...  You already know that the mind is capable of original thought... The mind is really an information sponge... 

Remember: All actions in life are the result of an original thought... 

Everything started with a single thought, there may have been many thoughts, but it was from this effort that the final action and results came forward... This is even the Glory of GOD; who conceived in thought, and we were... 

So start to think outside the box they have placed you in...   Most people do not put out the effort to change the things in their lives that really matter...  Yes it does require effort , as does everything in this life...  You should learn to improve your mind... 

Life does not come with a reset button, so try to get it right the first time..
