Lets look at what is needed to have a balanced and healthy brain:

1) Proper diet... DUH!!  You do need fresh fruits & veggies...  Only plants offer, the fiber you need folks... That is a fact!!  We are not going to dwell here... 

2) A proper Attitude is one of the most important items { if not the most important thing you can use};  which is necessary for a well balanced and properly operating mind.... This effects the rest of your life as well...

3) Seek your life purpose...  This is what it is all about, folks.... PURPOSE!! DUH!!

4) Expand and develop your mind and thus your life, by study and learning... The more we learn the better we are able to see the truth... This is one of the keys to life... Learn the truth, and put it in your heart and you will not be distracted from your course in life....  This is where discernment comes into play, folks.... Learn to use it and you will be able to make better choices in life...

5) Seek and learn to love and interact with those placed on your pathway of life...  You are given certain opportunities to meet certain people and it is up to you to pursue them....  It may only be a brief in counter or a more lengthly intercourse, but either way you need to be involved...

  Life is about your intercourse with others that you meet......

If you do not understand the full meaning of intercourse, look it up; the first two meanings have nothing to do with sexua| involvment....  DUH!!  Another chance to learn something and enrich your mind....
