1) Rooibos....  It means red bush,  it is a Dutch word, and comes from South Africa..   It has been known for thousands of years, grows only in the Cederburg Mts.  It's leaves are is known as red tea, for those who would like to start enjoying one of life pleasant drinks... never bitter... And it is actually very good for you... Much better than soft drinks....    I drink green, red, and white teas...  Black on occasion...

2) Chilorella....  This is the basic plant substance...  It is what is used by the plant to convert sunlit into the life giving elements of the plant(s)  It has been processed and along with spirulina is considered a super greens food source...  You may want to look up some sources on the web, and consider getting some....

3) Modus Operandi....   This is Latin, for method of operation.... You have probably seen or heard  this on shows on law, police, or in the court room...  We all have one!

4) Improvise....   A term I learned in the Navy and have used ever since...  It means to " make do"....  To use what you have on hand to get the job done...  It is imperative, for all of us to learn this lesson, and use it in life....

5) Obilgatory....   Root word is obligate.... To be under moral indebtedness, bound or with faculty for only one life condition....

6) Ristretto... Is a broad grain Italian Rice...  Creamy an el denta....

7) Gene Dope....  This is the current rage in many competitive sports... Including artificial Hemoglobin, Exomuscles, Cloning...  Most of these have a high risk factor...

8) Compact Crank...  This is a term used on competitive bicycles, referring to the pedal assembly ...  Mechanical advantage yields same range as the heaver and more complex standard triple ring crank... Price range $200 to $500...

9) Cajun.... Everybody should have known this one... These are the Creole people, mainly from Louisannia....  Also called Coon Ass....  {If you don't believe me as one...}

!0) Boss Buddy... A semi  raciest term used by Negro's in the South some years back, in reference to a" know it all" boss...  generally a whiteman...  The reply when the boss came up with some outrageous or just plain stupid statement; which did not allow for any rebutial....   To which the blacks would just smile, and say " You sure right Boss Buddy..."  which translated into; " you are full of manure," to the boss man's face, but he never knew it...  A very clever way to tell the boss man off....  But watch using it; since many people read this blog all over the world, and the guy{or gal} you use it on may know what you are doing.....  The correct term for the female boss would be "Boss Buddette.."
