The daily raw inspiration is back online and I got a great raw stir-unfry recipe. Looking back on my original review of Breakthrough, I feel compelled to check out and take inventory of my original life goals. I have not had caffeine coffee in two days, just a cup of decaf. Tomorrow will be the first day without coffee period. I've also lost two pounds since starting bikram yoga.
