Going Slow
East does it morning.
Unusual laying in bed recovery time.
Some little errands on the agenda.

actually afternoon.
Left a lot of loose ends getting out of town on Friday.
Head a bit headachy
Happy to not have anything BIG on the agenda right now,
although unexpectedly, a housemate I thought would be
moving in, will not be.
Lots of people were coming down with a flu
at the Health Classic.
I have writing I would like to do, but i am going to start with
the mundane.
My birthday is Saturday.
Dr. Jensen always talked about the three months before
our birthday being the worst. I have some diet shifts i want to
make. I am enthusiastic about some things i feel we will improve
my health.
Going slow...yes head sluggish...
