No Pleasure=Eating Disorders
I had a revelation coming into town last night.
When the lower chakra pleasures centers
are not in an exchange of healthy sexual energy,
the moutn compensates by attempting to
take in pleasure. What is your experience?
Are Eating Disorders stimulated by lack of physical intimacy and sexual expression?

Wednesday April 21.
I am at home after ten days on the road.
My desk is covered with bills that need to be paid.
I know my attention is going to be on these in the morning.
I had some stunning insights on the ride home from Seal Beach.
I am getting up right now to Blog these because I know
I will lose these insights if I do not write them down now.
I definitely have eating disorders.
There are times when I do not hardly eat off my diet at all.
This is for long periods, generally when I am absorbed in the creativity
of my writing.
The other time I am not focused on food pleasure is when I am
in a good relationship and when there is a healthy exchange of the energy
that comes from giving and receiving love and physical pleasure.
I felt like stopping at Whole Foods on the way into town last night.
I wanted some of those sweet Cutie Ice Cream Sanwiches.
I choose the Rice Dream variety, three vanilla covered chocolate bars,
and I also bought one of those Fruit bars--the cocoanut pineapple flavor.
I had an undercurrent of anger going on, in spite of outrageous things happening.
I know deep down, when something really wonderful happens to me,
I am brimming with an overflow of energy.
I can remember countless times in my life when I would be at a Conference
and have intense growtrh patterns of highs and lows, breakdowns and breakthroughs
and then end up on stage leading in an altered state leading a Closing Ceremony.
I have felt enfused with Christ energy when I do these ceremonies.
This is also the time when the universe elevates me and I am capable
of doing phenomena.
I have had many experiences of my word and flesh and all nature being one
when I do Conference work, especially Closing Ceremony work where there
are 50 or more people.
It in not unexpected for nature to fully be in sync with me at this times, especially
when outdoors.
I remember having birds sing at specific places as I am reading lines of a poem.
I have had rain clouds come and go, and sun and clouds come and go in harmony
with the words I am saying.
I once had my favorite plant, a plant that blooms once a year, open on stage as I read a poem.
I was saying that sometimes we have to be the sunshine for each other on a cloudy day.
As I read a poem, the cactus flower opened in front of 400 people.
When all was said and done, I would not feel complete until I came home
and grounded this altered energy in the arms of one special person.
I wanted to bring the love home and plant it.
That is not a circumstance of my life now. I do not have a partner,
other than my inner lover; for the most part this has been a good experience.
What in the world does this have to do with oral sex?
When the lower chakras, including the sexua| exchange of energy are not in sync
with pleasure and the exchange of love,
when we are not in harmony with ourselves sexually,
I sense that there is an overcompensation to attempt to
turn the mouth into an instrument of receiving pleasure.
When the sexua| areas of the body are not exchanging pleasure
and love, I experience wanting sweets and other oral pleasures.
It is almost as if the mouth becomes an instrument of sexua| pleasure
in the desire to fulfill unmet full body needs.
I sense that much overweight conditions
that stem from taking in food are overcompensations from
natural sexua| pleasure needs that are not being stimulated.
I would be interested to hear your thoughts on this.
Do you tend to gain weight when you are out of sync sexually
with a mate or lover?
Do you eat down in an attempt ot feel oral pleasure when
you are feeling unmet pleasure needs?
