Anger has been building inside me.
I have been leaving things on my bed again,
some of the Jensen materials that I have been

i need to STOP--maybe add a few more things to the
this page, and then get on with the OTA timeline.
At the Natural Products Expo West (NPEW) a few weeks ago,
my main assignment was being the photographer for
the Organic Trade Association. This was their main
fund raiser for the year. Quite an honor. Quite an
alliance to have created...and what a story.
I lost my camera two days before the event...
just in a fog of exhaustion. I thought it was stolen
from the seat of the EG Mobile.
I went out and bought another camera immediately,
another model. I had to learn how to use that new camera
within 24 hours!!!!! I am not that techno savvy when it
comes to learning new things.
So I learned how to use it, thanks to lots of calls
to Olympus Tech, who by the way, get my vote
for the finest Tech support of any product I know.

The same day as I was leaving for the NPEW
I got a call from Computer USA that they found my
camera--the lost one.
The banquet turned out well, as well as a nightmare.
A set of batteries was not working and i had the whole
evening ahead including major photos of the main
contributors. Yikes. I can just imagine running out of
battery.
I left the banquet before the energy got too busy,
went to my car, and got the new camera that I had
also taken along following intuition.
I needed both cameras to fulfill that assignment.
Gratefully, Fry's Electronics took back the new camera
following the NPEW.
Back to today...
I need to STOP-PAUSE the Jensen project
and get the Organic Trade Association (OTA)
some of their photos. They want to order
some of my vege photos as gifts too!
So this morning, feeling the fires of frustration
rising from too much to do,
I stopped everything, and cleared my desk
of yesterday's food dishes.
I took time to wash everything.
I clearned some things out of the refrigerator
and washed a pan too.
I got into a rhythm prepping the foods that I will eat today.
That was Self-Love.
In the stove with sweet potatoes.
Chinese Herbs cooking in a black pot
for the diarrhea.
Fish soup with chinese herbs prepared
in my crock pot on the back porch.
Rice from yesterday into mason jars
so I have that through the day as I need it.
(I am so gratefully thankful that after many
months I have found some foods that
my body will accept. Hopefully, more raw again
soon as I build the fire in the belly that allows
digestion.)
Some rotted avos that I had wasted, and the old
Chinese herbs from my remedy went into a compost
pot that I will take to the earthworms for them
to digest. They will turn this into fine castings that will feed
the other plants.
The circle goes round and round.
To participate in this circle of life is life itself.
It feels so good to take this time, and this time
to write to you, dear CureZone family.
That is Self Love, taking the time for ourselves.
Finding a way-- in spite of all we take on-- to make sure
we are self caring.
Finding a rhythm.
