Doing "Colonics" at Home
Doing Colonics are possible at home with a colema
board. Dr. Jensen did his bowel cleanses with this board.

A colema board is like getting
a colonic, as Lapis describes.
You have a five gallon bucket that is used
to fill with water and then allow to flow through the bowel.
You can place other healthy substances, such as
trace minerals or chlorophyll, or other cleansing
or soothing substances in the bucket as well as water.
The colema board fits over the toilet.

Dr. Jensen's son Art who runs the company
that continues to sell Dr. Bernard Jensen's
products, and products he recommended,

Dr. Jensen has his patients use the colema board
for the bowel cleansing regimen he described
in his book on bowel cleansing.

I remember this man in the photo images.
He made quite an improvement.
Dr. Jensen was very proud of it.
Dr. Jensen was trained legally as a chiropractor,
but he seldom used any form of chiropractic.
He would often say, "the man healed and I never
touched him!"
Dr. Jensen's forte was Iridology combined
with nutrition. He would look in the eye and
see the various organ areas. He knew his foods.
He could see improvements in the iris as a person
adapted to a healthier lifestyle.
