However, sleep is an integral part of your overall health. Chances are that whatever is ailing you can be helped by better sleep. There are very few scenarios where getting more sleep doesn't further assist your body. If you suffer from any of the following issues, you might want to work on your sleeping skills.
You Have Multiple Aches and Pains
If you find yourself always nursing a sore shoulder, bad back, or even a touchy knee, your sleep could be the culprit. People often assume their injuries are from the ways that they use their bodies during the day, but sometimes it can come from how you are sleeping.
