Notice -
This "enchanted garden onion" writer considers himself to be serving as a private, common law fiduciary for the property that had been referred to as: "The Enchanted Garden Intentional Community".
He is serving in this function privately because his work has never had any connection with anything outside of the private realm either of a "public" nature or of a legal nature and he intends to keep it that way.
This is according to "Common Law" because of the verifiable fact that he has been consistently doing this work for well over the common-law time-frame of seven years without any controversy about that.
He claims his work as a "fiduciary" based on the definition of this term and the undisputed facts that his work is all about the care of the property for the benefit of others.

May 1, 2018 - Firstly "The First Agreement." -
About eight years this blog-writer declared his commitment to living "The Four Agreements." The first agreement is:
"Be Impeccable with your Word: Speak with integrity. Say only what you mean. Avoid using the Word to speak against yourself or to gossip about others. Use the power of your Word in the direction of truth and love."
This first agreement is most sacred to me!
Some weeks ago this writer made a certain agreement with a fellow gardener (#!). It was a "good agreement" in a number of ways. Some days after that he had an opportunity to talk about an issue he had on his mind with another "fellow gardener" (#2) that he prefaced by saying "what I tell you needs to be held confidentially just between the two of us." This fellow gardener (apparently) agreed to this request, at that time. Later he was informed by #1 that #2 had made some "observations" of this writer that included the content of what he had asked confidentiality for. This did not sit right with this writer. In fact it was not looking good at that point from his perspective. #1 wanted "to talk".
Fortunately this writer now has sufficient understanding of his Human Design plus a strong intention to live as harmoniously as he possibly can according to his "Design" that he knows he has to wait for his emotional clarity before responding to important requests that come to him. He wound up waiting about twenty days regarding the request "to talk" and then had a sudden realization about his part in regards to whatever concerns were raised from the "observations" that were reported by gardener #2.
In his "sudden realization" he realized that he had made a prior agreement (the "good agreement") and that he had kept that agreement impeccably! He had nothing that he needed to "answer to" in regards to anything that he allegedly wanted to communicate. He had nothing he needed to account for in regards to the report that was in his view apparently "leaked" to fellow gardener number one. Realizing this gave him immediate emotional clarity!
With this emotional clarity he was able to very briefly report his "realization" to fellow gardener number one. Also his "report" fulfilled his verbal indication that he should respond to the email from "number one". Now he no longer has this particular need for emotional clarity hanging in his psyche.
Now we are in the Waning Moon phase. It is a most excellent time to let go. =This writer chooses to let go of this issue.
IMO agreements can be a sacred form of communication between the parties involved and as such deserve our very best (The Fourth Agreement[2]). What's sacred is good. Keep the sacred scared by being "Impeccable with your Word". If you can remember this you will become virtually immune to the "bad". I have just proved this to my own satisfaction in the above account. Avoid the bad because the bad can get ugly. I have seen agreements go bad and then become ugly and I don't wish to see that any more in My Enchanted Garden Onion!
I believe the principals of agreement as I have touched upon in this post can also apply on larger scales. Contracts are agreements. Trusts are a form of agreement. Did you know that in the United States of America (unincorporated) we the American people have a contract with the government who provides us with certain services? There are essentially two groups of people involved with this agreement and the people in each group need to be crystal clear about who they are and the part they hold in the agreement. If we the people are not clear about all of this then our ignorance (or whatever deficit may exist for lack of clarity) is subject to being preyed upon by equally ignorant individuals on the part of government. This is why I have written a number of articles on the need for all of us to be clear about the basis for government. The basis is the Organic Laws of which there are four. If you don't understand the four Organic Laws and especially where and how they apply then what you are most likely left with is a very limited presentation of the opinions of others and/or the limited presentations that were part of your government school education.
Not knowing your agreement with government leads to not keeping your agreement with government which in turn can get ugly. Get rid of the ignorance. Get enlightened with the four Organic Laws as well as "The Four Agreements"! Learn how to "be Impeccable with your Word"!

A former fellow gardener responded to my request for feedback. The feedback pointed to the following:
I Ching Hexagram 23: Splitting Apart -
"Things are not the way they seem. Reality appears to be a hall of mirrors. Intrigues are multiplying like summer flies. There are rumors of discontent. It is the time of illusion, disintegration, distrust and deception. ..."[3]
In the Human Design System this hexagram corresponds to Throat Gate 23 in the center channel pointing toward the Ajna Center. It is also known as "The Gate of Assimilation". Interesting to me that in my last reply to the one with whom I had a challenging communication with - about which I had requested feedback from "a former fellow gardener" - I said I needed more time to digest the content. Time is certainly required before assimilation can be had!

I have felt a number of emotions during the course of experiencing all the above. The challenges I have faced affected me to a significant enough degree that when I finally got to listen to the "Divine Lela" presentation by Richard Rudd it penetrated my seriousness and restored the trust in my heart of hearts! The timing for this is so perfect as we are about to enter the neutrino wave of the Sun's transit in Gate 2 known as "The Receptive" where the hexagram is total Yin and "in the direction of the self toward love and beauty"! In the Gene Keys the three frequencies from Shadow through Gift to Siddhi are called: Dislocation - Orientation - Unity. This next six days would be an excellent time to review the "2nd Gene Key". And its about time since my note in the Gene Keys says my initial reading was in 2014! The subtitle is "Returning To The One"!

June 30, 2020 - "Be Impeccable With Your Word" and With Radical Honesty In Regards to All "Agreements" -
A "Fellow Gardener" wrote in regards to the current fear-based plan-demic known as "Covid-19":
1- "I agree tests may not be very accurate. There are too many false negatives for the time being. At this point, we should probably all assume the possibility of being positive and asymptomatic carriers. That is the least that we can do for each other."
Comment: "we should probably all assume"? Not according to this Blog-writer's consistently long-standing committed agreements!
2- "Re: self-isolating. Definitely do it to the highest level possible. Here are some suggestions. Follow the basic recommended CDC guidelines, which include isolating in room as much as possible for the next 14 days (I know that's hard and we need to be flexible about it). Wear a mask and social distance at least 6 feet, preferably more, from others including housemates. Wash hands thoroughly with hot water and soap for at least 20 seconds. These are basic precautions that we should all be taking. I am trying to amp up my own, even though it does make me feel lonely."
Comment: The most current article By: Dr. Mark Sircus[5] shows a comprehensive state-by-state study disproving the idea of "self-isolating" in the context of "lock-down" orders. That reference is sufficiently convincing to this Blog-writer.
3- "Household. I would like everyone to follow the above guidelines at least for the foreseeable future. That includes guests. Guests should at least PROPERLY be wearing masks anywhere and anytime on this property. And washing their hands. I assume that everyone has the potential to spread this virus even if asymptomatic."
Comment: More assumptions! Now extending to others who are not part of the "Household."
4- "Further household. We should be disinfecting doorknobs and handles at the very least. We also need to have the whole household professionally cleaned. We used to do this on a regular basis --every other week-- and then stopped for some reason. Money in the household budget was set aside for this and is still there."
Comment: If people are "washing their hands" then what need would there be to "be disinfecting doorknobs and handles"? .........
5- (Not directly pertinent in this instance.)
6- "Mutual respect and support. If we can agree to the basic health and safety measures as outlined above, I would like to move forward to a higher standard of respect and support. One thing that I appreciated about xxx was that he respected my work ethics as well as my training as a scientist. I would like to request that that level of respect continue. In return, I am willing to listen to sound, scientific, evidence-based judgement that might differ from mine (time permitting)."

Is "Koch's postulates" acknowledged as the scientific "Gold standard" for identifying a contagion? ......... (Yes/No).
If it's not then what is the "scientific gold standard" in this instance? .........
If it's agreed that "Koch's postulates" are the scientific gold standard and if they are not applied to "Covid-19" then doesn't that raise legitimate doubts as to whether the alleged corona virus is actually a contagion? ......... (It most certainly does for this Blog-writer!)
Based on my science-oriented research there has been no evidence of any gold-standard verification that the alleged corona virus is actually a contagion. Therefore I do not adopt any fear-based belief about this alleged "corona virus" being a contagion!

Finally - "In summary: .... I hope that we can agree to these basic measures; If not, I will most likely be looking for other accomodations soon."
Anyone who is unwilling to allow others the freedom to live on a non-fear-bases in their own home - and if their continued prohibitions projected toward others don't really work well for them then I agree that it would be best to "be looking for other accommodations soon" and probably asap.
