</iframe I did a full session after. Today I am experiencing a bit of inertia on the couch, feeling my energy decline. My sinuses are letting me know I must pay attention to my home environment which is damaging my energy...all that clutter and pollution. I am going to finish the kitchen and groom one of my dogs now.
