New Year's JOY Altar 2017
Kryon/Lee Carroll asks us to build an altar of JOY on 1-1-2017 to set our intentions for the New Year

The old year, 2016, represents the energy of the 9(2+0+1+6=9), a year of completion, and the end of old energies. 2017 represents the energy of the 1, or new beginnings(2+0+1+7=10; 1+0=1, with the "0" representing Spirit). This energy is amplified today on January 1,2017 as it is a triple one: 1-1-1. Kryon asks us to build an altar of JOY on this day, setting our intentions for the new year.
"Everything that's happening numerologically right now has come to fruition and is painting a picture of new beginnings. You may sit in a puzzle right now that you do not see your way out of and I'm going to give you some advice--you are sitting ... in an energy of the One (New Year's day, 1-1-1) that shouts to you "new beginnings".
Even if you are beyond that which is cheerful, even though perhaps you cannot even find the joy factor inside you, I want you to build an altar of JOY, physical or mental, and I want you to go to that altar and thank Spirit for what is going to take place, and IS taking place, in your heart, your mind, and your life...and if you do that, you will be sending a magic signal that cooperates with the planet, with the field, with the numerology of the year, and all those things, it will see your intent and things begin to shift. This is the beauty of a physics that knows who you are, this is the beauty of a Creator who created the physics that knows who you are...Watch for synchronicities when you start to do this.
If you wallow in the old, dear ones, nothing will happen differently. Did you hear that? If you wallow in the old, nothing will happen differently and you will continue on the same path, with the same issues going in the same direction.
The altar is the altar of Joy. It is the inner child inside that awakens happy, and it is innocent of the things around them that can harm them, but it's not innocence in your case, it's wisdom that can steer around them, that can actually change your own chemistry, that can build things that are going to be good for you--extended life and the end of fear. Extended life and the end of fear. Can you believe that, for you, listener? Can you believe that for you?
I want you to build that altar--do it on January 1st....put the candles where you want them, light them as you would, and make them something special that you are achieving. But mainly it's the JOY of compassionate action on this planet; you're seeing God at work, you're seeing YOU at work, and things Will change...."

Multi-layered JOY Altar 1-1-2017 I built this altar in my bedroom on a small table--it is multi-layered, starting with the drawing on the wall and going down to the table, then on to the drawing on the floor.
Receiving the word of Spirit, receiving intuition. The one flame is again representative of the energy of unity, new beginnings. The necklace is comprised of the Hebrew letters Yud-Hey-Vav-Hey, the unpronounceable Hebrew name for the Divine.

My friend made these energy cards for me. There are 8 cards; the 8 represents the energy of manifestation. Placed on top and all around are small crystals from Mt. Ida, Arkansas, that are infused with the energy of JOY.
My intentions for 2017. It is basically am extended Menorah. Today is the 8th day of Chanukah. New Year's Eve 12/31/2016 was the 8th night of Chanukah; traditionally there are 9 candles that are lit: the Shamus, or "leader candle" is lit first, and it is then used to light the other 8 candles. Again, 8 is the energy of manifestation. The Shamus candle represents the energy of ONE, or unity, or new beginnings. Together, there are 9 candles, representing completion. Chanukah carries over into 1/1/2017, and ends at sunset on New Year's Day. This event is unusual, given that Chanukah started in the old energies of 2016 and ends in the new energies of 2017.
On my extended paper Menorah, there are 26 intentions, each written on a picture of a lit candle. Add 2 + 6 and there is the energy of the 8, manifestation. In the center, top, is the Shamus or "leader" candle with JOY JOY JOY on it; the energy of the 3 is a catalyst for change and growth, and represents inner child energy and creativity, as well as JOY. One of my intention candles says "Joy Joy" on it; 2 represents duality. What I am intending is to find Joy in being a human, the embodiment of duality, Spirit-within-Flesh. Included on this part of the table are 4 more energy cards my friend made for me; 4 represents the energy of Gaia. Altogether, there are 12 cards; 1+2=3, another energy of JOY. One candle is lit to send the energies of the intentions out into the Field; again, 1 represents the energy of unity and new beginnings.
Grounding. This drawing is placed on the floor, at the bottom of the table with the intentions. The drawing represents the 4 Earth elements of Fire/Water/Air/Earth. The green Being in the center is nourished by all four elements, thus grounding the intentions of the New Year 2017 with a deep connection to Gaia and the grids of the planet--Crystalline, Diamond, Gaia, and electro-magnetic and gravitational energies.
HAPPY NEW YEAR, and may all BEings experience renewed JOY, OPTIMAL HEALTH, PROSPERITY, and PEACE in this year of New Beginnings!
