Time To Truly Think About US Federal Court Jurisdiction!
Proof that the federal courts are without judicial power.
Date: 5/20/2015 3:21:49 AM ( 9 y ) ... viewed 1521 times I have to give credit to where credit is due here. I'm a student of the Organic Laws and only because Dr. Ed Rivera is the leading professor on the Organic Laws of the United States of America[1].
I also give credit for my initial impulse to take Dr. Rivera's course to the closure of a small farm in San Diego County directly consequential to threats, duress, fraud and coercion under color of law.[2] I decided I needed to have heightened understanding of the Organic Laws so I could better support private individuals in responding better to attacks under color of law.
At the same time I saw the reports of increased attacks (from what appeared to be Federal agencies) against farmers and food clubs providing raw milk to their private members. That added to my determination to deepen my understanding of the Organic Law and the origin of American freedom and that I have blogged about at this blog site.
About four and a half years latter since my "initial impulse" - we finally have "Proof that the federal courts are without judicial power" now published on the internet for the public's ready access:

Just listened to a podcast interview with Dr. Ed Rivera that was recorded in September 2012 (the 225th anniversary of the Constitution of September 17th, 1787).
During the interview the proprietary basis for government had been presented, explained and talked over. Then the host gave an example of the those limitations of the Federal government by saying how the FDA comes to Wisconsin to say you can't drink raw milk and that they have absolutely no authority there ... and they do it! Then Ed Rivera said - they do it because people believe them. And he continued by explaining how the consolidation of the separate powers constitutes a dictator and that this is what has occurred here right from the start 225 years ago.[3]
I have a note to research the secret proceedings of the constitutional convention through the akashic records. I may still continue the search however I liked the following:
"... You don’t have to go through the archives to see what was really going on at the constitutional convention. I can see THE RESULT. And that is the gigantic federal government they claim is supported by a constitution they claim created only a 'limited' government. Those two don’t fit together."[4]

Just discovered "One Radio Network" in my search for "Ed Rivera"+Canada (seeking the "Organic Law perspective" on Canadian law as it may apply to Michael Schmidt's encounters with raw milk resistance in Canada's legal system) that appears to yield about seven recorded interviews with "Ed Rivera J.D Professor of Law and Government"![5]
