This is the fifth day after SW, shockwave with lithotripsy. My healing is a full-time job now. I woke up yesterday morning February 14 with no real pain for moments. I thought I might tend to some chores around the house including gardening and beginning to make some raw celery juice.
I'm keeping meticulous records, as best I can on Facebook. It's easy to upload photos there.

I thought this morning I might address two very important concerns.
One was healing family relationships.
My father died February 7, 2014. The stone over his gravesite will be placed February 22, 2015.
The stent, a thin tube running through my bladder with a string coming out my penis does not come out until Thursday January 19. That is a homely three days before the 1pm Time at the gravesite.
There are expectations in my mind about being there for this event. There are also expectations from close blood relations.
There's also some understanding that my healing comes first now.
There are layers and layers stress around healing family relationships that have been ongoing for months.
I woke up early morning thoughts to dress healing family relationship.
The second concern I wanted to address was The priority to keep the kidney stones from reforming.
I have no clear strategy in place for keeping the kidney stones from Reforming.
I began a blog to focus on this concern.
I was hoping to get back to it this morning.
The strategy of the kidney doctor would be to take potassium citrate, medicine.
The byproduct of potassium citrate his diarrhea. Some of the conventional medical voices in my life say take this anyway and somehow hope or at or control the dosage so that it keeps the kidney stones from reforming and yet does not cause diarrhea .
I have had diarrhea for eight months.
Diarrhea began less than a month after my last SWL in June. The diarrhea came on me suddenly when I was visiting Hot Springs with my close family relation and partner. There was stress. Who is also feeling part uncomfortable about being at the Hot Springs.
I went on some sense of obligation. I wanted to spend time, rare time with the out-of-town relative.
There were a number of months that the cause of the diarrhea remained a mystery.
It came on so suddenly. Then I began to imagine it was a parasite. This idea was confirmed in December when a natural healing expert looked at my hands. The fact that I had parasites was also a match by experts at the Scripps natural products conference in January.
Parasites or further confirmed through my Ira dollar G reading February 6 with Dr. Ellen Jensen.
I spent a considerable amount of energy pursuing getting a G.I. stool test from Genova diagnostics. This kind of stool test is outside the range of conventional medical procedure. Who is extremely stressed producing to pursue this test. All this was about finding out the specific kind of parasite and confirming that I had parasites.
I have come simply to except that I do have parasites. It may not matter which kind.
Parasites go with the syndrome of creating diarrhea and can influence the creation of kidney stones.
At this date in my recovery process still do not have a healing person on my team who can do the tests to determine The exact remedies I should to use to kill the parasites once and for all.
there is some question about the need to rotate remedies.
I have an outstanding arsenal remedies that I believe in that can kill parasites.
These came to me through learning about bio botanicals research at the Scripps natural settlement conference. Caveat with these outstanding remedies pissed that I need a practitioner who can more closely identify which to use and for how long. The best information I have is used them for 6 to 8 weeks and then retest.
The other clearest solution would be to work closely with Dr. EllenJensen.
This may still involve getting a stool test.
She will be back from a cruise in another week. I need to check in with her again.
The next most immediate step with getting Dr. Ellen Program in place is successfully learning how to test my pH and controlling my pH.
Controlling the pH can help prevent kidney stones from returning.

He zeroed in on the remedies I had brought to be tested that would make some difference with the spot of bowel irritation on the left side of my gut.
It is that doubt irritation on the left side feeling this morning.
It feels like an inflamed area. There's also an inflamed area on the right.
The right side is where the kidney stone was blasted.
It would be good to look at again the remedies he suggested.
It would also be good to look at what to do to soothe the bowel tissue.

The medical intuitive also identified substances that were allergens.
Some of that information may be useful or maybe over-the-top now.
I basically have no idea what is causing this bowel irritation.
The bio botanical called pro Flora, The first of the bio botanical research products I'm using now appears to be influencing the stool consistency.
It appeared to be influencing turning the stool from water to being able to digest my food yesterday.
This is the first morning that I will not have antibiotics in my body.
I feel mind boggled by the complication of all I have described here.
PLANNED PARENTHOOD GARDEN DEFINITION
YESTERDAY I SPENT TIME IN THE GARDEN HERE.
it was clear that the garden was not getting watered enough.
I need to find the Planned Parenthood certificates and focus more specifically and delegating who among the housemates who care for the plants.
I have a new housemate moving in today.
There was a lot of stress yesterday among housemates.
I feel I resolve some of that stress and actions very gentle that I took.
Today is food day.
I need to get to the Hillcrest Farmer's market.
I pray that my bowel and energy levels allow us to flow well
I had a wonderful healing time at the farmers market last Sunday.

I ended use of antibiotic yesterday. I started using Proflora three or four times.
I am experiencing bowel elimination stool diarrehea improvement. I am watching this closely today.
