Awesome Dream--I bent over and touched the ground
I just woke up from a dream that I wish were my waking reality. I bent forward and was amazed that I could touch the ground. I am not able to do this in this reality--at present.
The dream may be influenced by taking Qigong Classes at the Taoist Sanctuary in San Diego. This dream was so satisfying, I did not want to wake up from it. did not want to believe it was only a dream.
Flurry of Creativity
Yesterday, January 24, 2015 was what is called Shabbos, or Shabbat, in the Jewish Tradition. It is a moment out of time. I took the whole day to leave my problems behind. It was a most delightful day. I had a flurry of creative activity.
There were many highlights.
I was adding numbers of these moment by moment to Facebook.

When I came home, Nadine wanted to know what I had been out to. She said she had been waiting for me all day.
This was reminiscent of my childhood memories when I would escape on a Saturday from my father's religious grasp of rules and run off to the movies with my classmates. Sometimes, he would be there waiting for me at the top of the hill, next to the synagogue. I would see him as I approached. There was always something religious I was being compelled to do. When Nadine came out to retrieve me, I turned on the camera and made a short video. I hope I can find it. It tells the story of what I did.
It was a most miraculous day.
It is 9:08 am now on Sunday.
I do not want to tarry long.
I want to make the most of the Hillcrest Farmers' Market.
I am just putting down a few notes, so I can get leave the house.

something that comes upon you and calls your attention…
you are forced to pay attention…and turn your focus on that
unexpectedly.
