Today is Winter Solstice, the shortest day of the year and the first day of winter.

May we use this time of balance between the light and the dark to bring all the aspects of ourselves into balance.
May our hearts open and may we realize on every level that everything is One and Unified.
Help us to drink deeply of this Oneness and allow it to express in our daily lives.
Help us to stay in our hearts and open our perception so that any illusions of struggle, and blockages are released.
Thank you for the ray of light that illuminates our path and give us the courage to step onto it.
Thank you for our beautiful earth and all of Nature. Thank you for everyone on the planet who turns their hearts toward Unity consciousness today.
Thank you for the nurturing stillness of Winter........ thank you for all Life.
Anything in me, my relatives or ancestors that prevents me from realizing this balance and unity I ask to be released into love and light now. With deep gratitude.
