Art: Heart Opening
While listening to Panache Desai's Gratitude meditation, an image came to my mind of my heart splitting open and Divine Love and Light pouring out.

Continuing with Panache Desai's 21 Day Ultimate Energy Immersion Program. Today is day 11. Today's meditation had to do with expanding our heart chakra so that we approach everything in life with Love...EVERYTHING, not just what our minds deem as "good", but what our minds also reject as "bad" or "ugly", etc.
If we can live with Love from our hearts, no matter what is happening in our lives or no matter what the circumstances are, we can be at Peace with ourselves. Our minds will continue to compartmentalize into "the good, the bad, the ugly", yet we do not judge ourselves or own minds, because we realize that is what minds do, and we embrace our minds and ourselves with Love, too!
