Whales, Dolphins, Sea Otters Don't Have An "Inland" Option!

The friend replied:
"no, nothing ... (most outer news not in my focus-range at this time) ... How far inland do you think is safe ? ..."
To which I replied:
"Inland"?!
As far as I know the whales, dolphins, sea otters and the like don't have much of an "inland" option.
Are you thinking "safe" for yourself?
If so I'd say first get your iodine level tested and then we can figure how "far" from there.
The animals in the Pacific Ocean that are washed ashore may not get full coverage in the main stream media but neither did the "canaries" that did not survive the oxygen deprived depths of coal mines yet the miners read the signs and responded accordingly. Now you have to make your own determination with regards to the "fallout" of radiation released from Fukashima's multiple meltdowns.
