Relying On The "Constitution" Does Not Protect Your Freedom!
A critique of "Guidelines for Saying No to Police Searches in the United States"

"hooked" and aroused my interest for at least a couple reasons.
That title is:
"Guidelines for Saying No to Police Searches in the United States"
Firstly, the core subject matter (of "Saying No to Police
Searches") is one that I certainly agree that there is a
need for the American people to know. People really
do need to know how to say "no" - and be ready.
willing and fully able to not only with virtually each and
every Law Enforcement Officer (LEO) but also to any
governmental agent who apparently (under color of law)
may be interfering with individualized freedom when there
is no injured party or at least one verifiable complaint.
However, there is no mention of "injured party" or
"verified complaint" in what I have read of this so far. I
am not happy about that since it appears that the
omission of this important criteria may unknowingly be
dismissing the Common Law heritage of the American
people! The idea of which is not a pleasing thought for
me to consider.
The second part of this subject-line title that "aroused"
my awareness was "in the United States". I must say
Fred that life is now so serendipitous for me; it really
amazes me! I just sent off a request to a "good looking"
admirable, "feel good", "do good" kind of organization
that apparently is devoted to spreading "infinite love"
and "acts of kindness" all over the planet, which is truly
fabulous (for the social sphere part of life) however, this
organization apparently does not know the Truth in
Law regarding the what the "United States" is! I
requested that they add "The United States of America"
to their list of "countries" so that I could have the
option of selecting that as my true and lawful (and
therefore more accurate) option, that I can genuinely
identify with regarding where I am located. After all,
what I am saying here about the difference between the
"United States" and "The United States of America" is
something that any individual can see for themselves in
the Organic Laws and which are acknowledged right up
front the "United States Code"!
Before I would send "Guidelines" like these onto others
(friends, "family") I would not only have to read the
material carefully but also weigh it in the highest light
that I now have regarding "Law and order". Another
serendipity is that this specific subject-matter focus of
"Law and order" is one that I am most recently have
increased inspiration on to possibly write about (which
I am doing right now)!
My latest inspiration here is that the fundamental
purpose of "Law" is "order" - however "laws must be
adapted to circumstances if they are to maintain order"!
This light of truth on Law is not obvious to me in the
"Guidelines" and consequently I can not in all good
conscience send that to anyone at all!
I could only possibly consider extracting the one
gem of an idea I can see and that is regarding the need
for making clear communications to the agent/s
through speaking calmly and in whole complete
sentence so that kind of vocalized expression can
support real understanding with the agent/s regarding
where the free individual stands in relation to any
"invite" to practically "abrogate" the Rights of the
individual!
However, the issue of "rights" as presented in these
"Guidelines" is the extension of a compromised
paradigm that is the present day systemic legal disease
that no longer supports the individual's freedom. Why
anyone would want to pass this "poisoned apple"
around makes me wonder!
There is a need for a whole new paradigm for the
individual wanting to preserve their freedom and these
"guidelines" do not address that as all. I wish it were as
simple as "just saying no" but it is not that simple!
Presenting questions to the agent/s might be more
instructive. Actually, the new paradigm (based on the
higher light of understanding that I now can clearly see
within the Organic Laws) will need to be referred to
in "instructing" the agents. IMO the core need is to
become fully informed on the Organic Laws so that
the individual can actually make the right kind of
challenge to the current belief system because that
is exactly what that is. Every single agent is an
employee who is led to and required to believe in the
legal paradigm (with a complete disregard for any
other perspectives and especially Organic Law)!
How ironic! It absolutely amazes me to contemplate the
truth of this! "Law enforcement" without an elementary
understanding of The Law! I think it is insanity!
Feel free to point out where I might possibly be
mistaken in any of this! I want nothing more than to
have and to share clarity of thinking. (AKA lucidity &
that relates to "the one gem" in the "guidelines".) My
best is possible only with a calm mind.:
