What me work? Part 1
** Why does the government take from the Taxpaying citizens; to support those who could and should take care of themselves? Mostly because it is based upon a false sytem of rewarding the non producers with what the producers have made! **

“If America is the ‘Home of the Brave’ why are so many of the brave HOMELESS?”
Right now in America, there are approximately 3.5 million disabled veterans drawing, on average, $1,000 in VA disability. Many of these veterans suffer from permanent disabilities that have greatly reduced their ability to earn an income, if not snuffed that ability out entirely, and many of them do not function as well with regular life skills and capabilities as they did before becoming injured in service to their country.
Many of these veterans are missing limbs, have severe back and joint pain and other issues as a result of the heavy body armor they wore in the wars in the Middle East, and an even larger number suffer from invisible wounds, such as PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder), the root cause in 22 veterans a day taking their own lives in the mass veteran suicide epidemic we are now seeing in America.
However, most of the veterans who suffer from disabilities will tell you that they would proudly serve their country again if given the opportunity.
There is a different group of people in America who are also receiving benefits from the government. However, this group of people have not served their country in war, and even more amazing, they are receiving more in benefits than our disabled combat veterans! And on top of that? They are still complaining and demanding more!
Look at this Facebook comment that has gone viral from one welfare recipient in America who receives more in food aid alone than the average disabled American veteran receives in disability compensation.
# We chose to block this individual’s name and picture, but it can be found in dozens of other places all around the internet now that it has gone viral. There are many like this person in the American Society today!
And don’t forget to check out the stats on this super-star:
** Standard present day example: from a dark cousin, twenty something unmarried female, with four children from 4 different men {none of whom provide any support for their off spring, has been living on total Gov't welfare -- {handouts} for the past 12 years... She does not work or even cares to; plus she wants more children so her gov't paycheck will go up!
Question:
Does anyone see what is wrong with this system?
1) why does a healthy able bodied person need to be on Gov't welfare all their life?
2) If this type system continues to grow and become the prevalent way of life in this country ; it will fail because it can not even support it self!
3) The worse part is that this system destroys not only the people on life long welfare, but it will destroy the country!
4) History has shown that once you take away a person's initiative and drive you destroy their soul!
5) Life long welfare for someone who is actually able; is some what like definition #2 below:

So there you have it folks. Brave men and women who put their lives on the line for this great nation and who ended up losing a part of themselves through physical or mental/psychological disabilities... While their ne’er do anything to help support themselves; able bodied counter parts - (who have never served), have been getting a free ride regardless, plus look who is screaming for more?
How can any sane person with common sense believe this is right - except through justification and self centered-ness?
