between Bio Chemically Alive Minerals from foods, what the foods do, and what organs they can influence. This was masterly work applied by Dr. Bernard Jensen through application of the work of V.G. Rocine, a Swedish Homeopath and more of the early 20th Century. The book, "The Chemistry of Man" contains many of the original ideas of V.G. Rocine.

This is a Chart, that was once produced in Color that draws out the connections
between Bio Chemically Alive Minerals from foods, what the foods do, and what organs they can influence. This was masterly work applied by Dr. Bernard Jensen through application of the work of V.G. Rocine, a Swedish Homeopath and more of the early 20th Century. The book, "The Chemistry of Man" contains many of the original ideas of V.G. Rocine.
I began the project of the production of the book, "The Chemistry of Man," that was later finished by other editors.
This body of information needs to inform Integrative Medicine as it is now coming together.
There are twenty different chemical types of people, many requiring different relationships to bio-chemically alive minerals as brought to us through Food as Medicine.
There are some copies of "The Chemistry of Man" available.
There is an ebook of that name that is produced by Bernard Jensen International.
I understand some of the basic concepts.
Some of the introductory material from V.G. Rocine was omitted from the book "The Chemistry of Man."
A PROFOUND CONCEPT THAT TOUCHES ME FROM
THE BOOK THAT BECAME "THE CHEMISTRY OF MAN"
Here is a very profound concept that touches me:
ROCINE SAID, "CHEMICAL ELEMENTS [ARE] IN A CONSTANT STATE OF EVOLUTION"
"...The chemical elements differ in quality in different people. Because one man is of a finer soul type he has finer cell construction of all the chemical elements, for soul types are higher, or lower, in the scale of evolution, just as matter is either coarse or fine.
The carbon in coal is different from the carbon in a diamond. The carbon in a highly evolved lady is different, again, from that in an animal. Yet to the chemist, carbon is carbon. The calcium in a lime bed is not the same kind of calcium as that found in the bones of an ox, or in a coarse Bushman of the primitive world, of the same quality as that found, for instance, in the bones of that philosopher and genius. Bacon.
The chemical elements are constantly undergoing sublimating processes. Plants and animals are the living refining laboratories of the Great Creator. We can go further and make the statement that each human being, coarse or fine, porous or compact, is a refining laboratory, compelled to sublimate, improve, and evolve that matter which enters his organization."
MY TAKE
Each person needs a specific balance of bio chemically alive minerals to express full Voice, full Self Expression. This is one of the key understandings I have taken forward from the work of Dr. Bernard Jensen and his mentor V.G. Rocine.
In this era of GMO--Genetically Modified Organisms effecting our chemical balance in the soil and in the soul, I want to reiterate the point that it is not O.K. to play with the Order in Nature's Original Technology that was given us. The Bio-Chemically alive minerals exist within a pattern of wholeness.
It is this pattern of wholeness that expresses through whole, pure, and natural fresh foods that makes them Food As Medicine. It takes true mastership of the kitchen art to know how to take these substances given us and prepare them for the Temple of the Body.
The Bushman as much as Bacon, have much to teach us today. In this moment, we are cut off form the hearing the very beat of nature.
It is this principle that can be returned to us as we learn to grow some of our own food....
"Grow A Healthier Pizza" is a metaphor for growing some of our own food, as well as a literal mandate for Food Reform.
The teachings of Dr. Bernard Jensen and the masters of the healing arts, who understood Food as Medicine are being reawakened now.

The Vision and Work of Dr. Bernard Jensen for Food Reform in America
I was first introduced to the Natural Healing Arts by one of its pioneer elders of the 20th century. My education was rounded out by Edmond Bordeaux Szekely. I am honored to be in the stream of their work and translate some of their ideas into practice through some of the KAMUT® Khorasan Ancient Wheat projects 2013.
It was Dr. Bernard Jensen who called upon me to follow in the footsteps of Alfred W. McCann, who was part of the Food Reform Movement in America near 100 years ago.
I want to see Food Reform continue. In this movement this means growing a Grassroots movement that moves beyond GMO Proliferation. To do this we need to get down to the basics.
McCann spoke out in favor of increasing stamina and endurance through the role food could play in our lives. Dr. Bernard Jensen was a master of this.
Dr, Harvey W. Wiley brought this work into the political area, where this giant was repelled by the Special Interests that continue to this day to dominate our thinking of what food is O.K. to eat, even if it is not healthy for us to eat.
Where do we begin? I am not into attacking the institutions that Wiley envisioned. We simple need to return the FDA to its foundational principals make make sure that people are aware what these principles are.

Dr. Bernard jensen in the sentences above is speaking to the issue of full Self Expression that is needed and provided when we have the full bounty of Nature available to us. That bounty was not intended to be limited by techniques of farming or food production that have at their core making a profit Producing "Prophets" I have met local organic farmers who are more concerned with producing more nutrition per acre than profit per acre.
These farmers need to be supported through our dollar spent in the marketplace.
