GARDEN MANAGEMENT JOURNAL
Went into a panic looking for this chart this morning. I did not remember where I put it. It is very important to me now. Found it on the bed, among financial things I am working on, turned upside down.
I have been working very hard to make sense of Quicken Essentials. I have not stopped to look at the record keeping closely for a year. Much of last year was working on the crisis of GMO proliferation. I worked steadily for many months on Prop 37. I took myself to the limits. My body is paying the price now. I have been very slow to recover from immune system issues that leave me open to colds and some flu symptoms.
I was feeling on the road to recovery Saturday. I went out for a few hours to take a break from the finance record keeping. It was getting to me. My kidneys were hurting.
Sunday was a turn around day. I went to a delightful experience at the Integrative Medicine Cooking Class.
I would be writing a lot more about that if I did not have to keep at the assignment in front of me--making sense of Quicken Essentials, and seeing if I can get a representation in this program of what I am seeing.
We are not in good financial shape at the house. I did not see the extremity of the situation until I slowed down to work the money numbers.
In slowing down, I am seeing very difficult conditions. I am not sure how we will overcome them, but at least I am getting clear what is in front of us.
There is a tax bill due. There are also a few rents that are up in the air. If I pay this tax bill, and one of these does not come through next month, I will be borrowing remaining funds from another account.
My season begins in a few weeks.
I had a turn around in part thanks to Oil of Oregano, a new remedy I bought a last week. I have been resistant to take it because of the heavy burning. It seemed to improve my condition considerably.
The Macrobiotic Plant Based Medicine perspective has the inside track at the Integrative Medicine Food As Medicine Teachings that I experienced on Sunday at the cooking class, but that word was not used.
It had me digging out Dr. Jensen's Chemical Story and Your Body" chart.
There is a book called "The Chemistry of Man" that identifies the twenty chemical types of people. This was work ahead of its time, about the minerals.

I have been deeply influenced by this.
There is one page in "The Chemistry of Man" that identifies my Chemical Type to the 'T" It hits the bullseye.
I wish I had the time to write out the words now.
There is so much to do.
I need to keep my head on straight.
Taking time to call in some funds would help, even though I need to spend more time working on the Money Numbers here.
I need to make sure that I do not allow the stress levels to get to me.
Blogging is helping.
I want more Plant-based diet now.
The Vegetarian meal was good Sunday night.
It is also shifting the way my bowel works. That concerns me. I have a tendency to a loose bowel with IBS, and too many beans and grains loosens me up.

The Vision and Work of Dr. Bernard Jensen for Food Reform in America
I was first introduced to the Natural Healing Arts by one of its pioneer elders of the 20th century. My education was rounded out by Edmond Bordeaux Szekely. I am honored to be in the stream of their work and translate some of their ideas into practice through some of the KAMUT® Khorasan Ancient Wheat projects 2013.
It was Dr. Bernard Jensen who called upon me to follow in the footsteps of Alfred W. McCann, who was part of the Food Reform Movement in America near 100 years ago.
I want to see Food Reform continue. In this movement this means growing a Grassroots movement that moves beyond GMO Proliferation. To do this we need to get down to the basics.
McCann spoke out in favor of increasing stamina and endurance through the role food could play in our lives. Dr. Bernard Jensen was a master of this.
Dr, Harvey W. Wiley brought this work into the political area, where this giant was repelled by the Special Interests that continue to this day to dominate our thinking of what food is O.K. to eat, even if it is not healthy for us to eat.
Where do we begin? I am not into attacking the institutions that Wiley envisioned. We simple need to return the FDA to its foundational principals make make sure that people are aware what these principles are.

Dr. Bernard jensen in the sentences above is speaking to the issue of full Self Expression that is needed and provided when we have the full bounty of Nature available to us. That bounty was not intended to be limited by techniques of farming or food production that have at their core making a profit Producing "Prophets" I have met local organic farmers who are more concerned with producing more nutrition per acre than profit per acre.
These farmers need to be supported through our dollar spent in the marketplace.
