Ascension
Thoughts relevant to "The Impending Golden Age"

The first mention of what I think of as "ascension" is on page 2: "These are the Four Virtues, who sit at the South, the West, the East and the North, respectively, in the thirteen supra-physical Cathedrals of Transfiguration. It is in these Cathedrals that perfected men and women receive their esoteric instruction in preparation for their Rising into the Kingdom of Heaven."
When I was a little child, maybe five years old, I had some kind of an "experience" that to this day I do not know of what nature. That evening I attempted to communicate the experience to my father, however he told me that it did not happen. I tried to tell him that a woman went up into the sky earlier that afternoon.
The day I am referring to was in the mid 1950's and I estimate that it was at least seven years before the release of the original "Mary Poppins" movie. Also, I never read the Mary Poppins books by P.L. Travers that were published. In other words I did not project this ascension from my imagination. I was imagining this. It was something that came to me from another source and I don't know where that came from. I don't know whether that even matters. The point is that I had the conception in my mind that a woman had just made her ascension into heaven after having lived a virtuous life and no one on earth had taught me that in my childhood. It was a conception apparently totally foreign to my father and therefor unbelievable!
