Day 2/21
feeling a little better today 2/21 no solid foods

After this week, I'm jettisoning the milk completely for the rest of the feast/fast. Anyhow, I'm sticking to my 3 cups of coffee a day goal even though it's my day off. I've had two cups so I'm saving the last cup for later.
It's gorgeous outside. I want to bike ride and so I'm packing extra green smoothies today. Last night, I didn't get as hungry as I thought because I was so busy. I did have issues controlling my energy but it's all good. Got the job done!
I need to poop. I took some colace which is gross and so later I'm taking swiss kriss herbs. This last menses really affected my bowel and I thnk the iron in the greens are really constipating me. It's all good though. Whatever is it, it'll all come out IN THE END LOLOLOL! :snort:
Mentally, I'm feeling a little better. I went to church yesterday. Today I'm taking it easy and going to get some housework done and do lots of bike riding and hit up the gym later.
