"A Communal Field of Transparency and Mutual Support"

This inspires my vision of the kind of community that goes deeper and higher than anything I have heard in the household where I currently live. I'm immediately adopting the essence of this as my vision of a community of transparency and mutual support.

"The more we feel the tender heart of the community holding us, the deeper we can dive into our true and wondrous nature."

I have known the truth of this deep within and now claim it as a conscious co-creation!

Although I have much that I could possibly update on this subject, I am limiting my availability as it is about my bed time now.
First a note - quoting Peace Pilgrim:

Last night two housemates left in a way that I can liken something like "Thieves in the Night"! In other words they suddenly moved out without given notices or a real complete communication about their intention. Actually the one house mate said absolutely nothing about it ad the other had only mentioned their intent to put money together for that possibility but not within a given time frame. In any case they definitely "left a situation" and in a way that there was apparently some spiritual injury. I had a direct experience of that but most fortunately only a "taste" of it as I immediately seized the moment to pray! That made all the difference for me, protecting me from allowing a spiritual injury in my consciousness. The prayer included the highest good for the "thieves" as well!

The above idea of "building a communal field of transparency and mutual support" is now all the more evident as a present time real need. I see this "field" as one that is most healthy for community to manifest. It is a field of transparent radical honesty that then also allows the shared support of the community. This field is one of consciousness that is built between the members. Obviously our household did not have that field. Can my intention to create that field be sufficient to gain the cooperation of the others into co-creating it with me? Some moths ago there was talk here of a "Field of Alliance" that had a list of characteristics of what that field consisted of. What came of that? I don't know that anything came of it. The one who presented that here apparently simply wanted everyone to adopt the field! Adopting consciousness? I don't think that's how it works. How does it work? For me there has been a life time of investment into growing, raising my own awareness through many lessons learned and discoveries made! I do not claim to know everything and yet I do know something. Communication is absolutely essential for community. The more honest and transparent the communication is the more likely that a healthy community can be co-created. The lack of communication and the questionable honesty of what little communication may exist can not possibly co-create a healthy community.

What is "lovingly"? Surely it includes a conscious and respectful regard for the impact that one has on others. Without that regard, how can one leave a situation with others lovingly?

Sunday. October 2nd - Conceptually realizing once again that: Conscious Communication is a co-creative process. (This conscious co-creation is a most significant part of creating "A Communal Field".) The evidence of a complete communication is shared understanding (which is a pre-request for shared reality). That understanding requires mutual intention and support. Both and / or all parties involved with the communication need to intend and support accomplishing a complete communication. This is primarily why real/complete communication is a co-creative process. It can often require a lot of love! This kind of communication is life!
